Date: Wednesday, January 22, 2020 (this is a recurring event)
Time: 5:00 – 7:00 pm
What to bring:
- A yoga mat and/or blanket to lie on for the breathwork (pillows are also optional)–we will be on the floor and mats will not be provided!
- A water bottle
- Loose, comfortable clothing
- An open mind
- An eye mask (optional)
- A small offering/donation for use of the space and for the facilitator ($10-$20 recommended, but not required to participate)
It is also recommended that you come with an empty stomach or only have a light meal beforehand.
