Description
I will be offering an Equinox gathering via zoom, with a breathwork meditation and group discussion around ways to harness the magic of the Equinox to support us during these times. We will talk about ways to weave magic in your homes and practices to calm the nervous system and plant energetic seeds of intention at a potent time of massive transition in our culture and in our own ways of being in the world.

What to bring:
- A yoga mat and/or blanket to lie on for the breathwork (pillows are also optional)–we will be on the floor and mats will not be provided!
- A water bottle
- Loose, comfortable clothing
- An open mind
- An eye mask (optional)
- A small offering/donation for use of the space and for the facilitator ($10-$20 recommended, but not required to participate)
It is also recommended that you come with an empty stomach or only have a light meal beforehand.
